Mike received his Bachelor of Arts and Science in Occupational Education from Texas State University and his Masters of Public Health from Texas A&M School of Rural Public Health in policy and management.

Denisha White is a Master Trainer for Prevention of Aggression and Physical Holds. Denisha works as a
Foster Care Recruiter and Home Devloper and is the Chief Executive Officer of the DLW Training Institute. Denisha
received her Bachelor of Science from Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in Psychology and her Master of
Science in Educational Counseling at National University in Los Angeles, California. Denisha is also a Certified
Breakthrough Parenting Coach for probation and CPS clients. Denisha's other certifications include Licensed Child
Placing Administrator, Foster parent PRIDE, and CPR/First Aid.
